Hey everyone,
I was just about to start my first hair transplant and my doctor suggested that I take Propecia. I had heard about Finasteride and wanted to see if anyone else was on it. After discussing the pros and cons of taking it, I decided to do something about it. So far, I've done everything right, including using it once a month, and I've noticed positive results. I've also been prescribed the same medicine to treat my enlarged prostate. So, if you're interested in taking Propecia, it's important to have a consultation with your GP.

It's a discussion about the use of Finasteride in men, and some personal experiences. I would recommend that you discuss this with your GP. They are knowledgeable about this drug and its use, and have a good understanding of how it works.
In this thread, I've included a bit of information on the potential side effects of Finasteride in men. I don't know what side effects I have, and I don't want to be a complete idiot, but I did come across them in the past and it was something I had never experienced before. And that was with Propecia, it's used for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. It's also used to treat male pattern baldness, and the effects are also very mild in these guys.

Just wanted to say, I had an experience with this medication in my 30s. I was prescribed Propecia, and was prescribed Finasteride. I didn't know if Finasteride was being used or if I should take it. I've heard that Propecia is available over the counter, but I wasn't sure if it was safe or not. It's always been the same experience.
Anyway, I wanted to share my experience with Propecia as well. It's been a while since I've taken it. And as you know, it has been a long time since I've used it.
This month, CVS and Target (which is owned by CVS) price both brand-name Propecia and its generic form, finasteride. On average, these drugs are $23 and $4 more than the brand-name drugs, which are $15 and $4 more than the generic versions.
CVS’s price for Propecia fell by a penny in April, to $10.00 from the previous month’s price.
The news is especially strong on target, which has been experiencing steady price drops for some time and has turned to generic versions to try to save money.
Currently, CVS offers the $30 price point for generic Propecia at Target pharmacy, but the company is looking at the potential savings from the generic at this time.

About Finpecia Tablet
Finpecia Tablet is used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), such as frequent and difficult urination. It is also used to treat male pattern hair loss. Besides this, it is also used to treat male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia), male infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome, to reduce the risk of cancer of the prostate, and to promote the growth of alopecia. Finpecia Tablet may also be referred to as Finasteride. Finpecia Tablet is also used to treat male pattern hair loss (gradual thinning of hair with receding hairline or thinning on the top of the head).
Finpecia Tablet may also be used for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (male pattern hair loss with hair loss on the temples or top of the head).
It may be used alone or in combination with other medications. Some patients may also be taking other medications in treatment or have had it taken longer to start with. It is also used to treat male pattern hair loss (gradual thinning hair with hair loss starting to bald). Finpecia Tablet may be taken with or without food. About Finasteride
Finasteride (also known by its brand name Propecia®) is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor. It increases 5-alpha reductase activity and reduces 5-alpha reductase levels. It is used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) in adult men with a male partner who are both active and completely bald after menopause. This condition occurs when the prostate gland becomes bigger and hair loss is more likely to occur. Finasteride lowers the 5-alpha reductase enzyme and reduces the amount of 5-alpha reductase in the body. This medication is available in the form of tablets, oral tablets, and injection. You must take Finasteride exactly as your doctor tells you. A low dose is taken and the effects are felt within 1 to 2 months. A higher dose is taken and the effects are felt after a year. Your doctor may change the dose of Finasteride to have the full recommended dose of Finasteride. Finasteride is available as an oral tablet and an injection. Finasteride is an injection.
Also, Finasteride is available in the form of a sublingual pill (under the tongue). A low dose is sublingual to the patient's fingertip absorption and subsequent tissue-specific absorption. It is available in the form of a single ointment (under the tongue). A sublingual solution of Finasteride may be administered under the skin or injected directly into the scalp.
